Are You Ready?

It is getting down to the wire. As I write this, Christmas day is less than 24 hours away. So then, are you ready? You should know I am not asking whether you bought the gifts or prepared the food. Neither am I asking whether the spare room is ready for company. I am asking are you ready to give Our Lord Jesus Christ the worship He deserves in the celebration of His birth? You have had four weeks of Advent to prepare your heart, and I hope you did not skip doing so. Those other things are not nearly as important. If you are not truly ready, stop what you are doing right now, and ask the Lord to help you. Nothing has more priority than giving glory to God; absolutely nothing.
