Fiducia SuppliCAN or CANNOT?

Pope Francis (apparently) wants priests to bless those in immoral relationships. As a priest, I am called to do my best to be obedient to the Pope, always maintaining faithfulness to Catholic dogma. Having had some time to think about the best way to bless an (apparently) impenitent sodomite couple, I have to ask first how much I care for their souls. If I "bless" their sin (something that the Church forbids a priest to try to do), I am pushing them toward Hell and I become complicit in their sin. Therefore, I would want to try to give them the most grace that they could receive in their current state:

Couple: "Father, we want a blessing."

Me: "Then repent and go to Confession; the absolution is the greatest blessing I can give you."
